Booking Policy:

• Booking amount: ₹40,000 per person

• Final amount: 100% to be paid 21 days before departure, or the booking will be canceled without prior notice.

• We are not responsible for any changes made by the Government of India and the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.

Documents Required:

• Original Indian Passport valid for at least 8 months with a minimum of 2 blank pages

• 3 white background passport-size photos

• PAN card

Tour Cost Excludes:

• 5% GST | 5% TCS | Room Service | Extra luggage beyond the airline allowance | RTPCR test (if required)

• Anything not mentioned in the inclusions

Cancellation Policy:

• 100% Non-Refundable Package

Note:

• The package is designed and calculated according to the current conversion rate of 22.50 INR per Riyal.

• If there is any difference in the rates or conversion, the Haji will have to pay accordingly as per the new conversion rates.

• If there are any changes in hotel rates, the Haji will have to bear the same.

• No refund for unused services or a shorter duration of stay.

• We are not responsible for any luggage loss, injuries, damages, accidents, or additional expenses due to any reason, including but not limited to flight delays, acts of God, deportation, Umrah visa expiry, theft, personal injuries, or damages related to laundry.

• Services, itinerary, and prices are subject to Saudi and Indian Government regulations.

Room Arrangements (Makkah and Madinah Hotels):

• Double Room: 2 single beds

• Triple Room: 3 single beds

• Quad Room: 4 single beds

• Quint Room: 5 single beds

• Room choices will not be entertained.

• Road-facing or Haram view rooms will not be accepted.

• Rooms are allotted solely by hotel management.

Room Check-In and Check-Out:

• • Makkah Hotel Check-In: 4:00 PM (Saudi local time)

  • Madina Hotel Check-In: 4:00 PM (Saudi local time)

  • Check-Out: 12:00 PM (Saudi local time)

  • Room service will be done once every 2–3 days as per hotel management.

  • We do not guarantee Wi-Fi availability or speed in any of our hotels.

  • We are not responsible for any loss, damage, color loss, or discoloration of clothes due to laundry.

  • All travelers are requested to carry their own towels, toiletries, and other necessary items.

  • Ziyarat arrangements are subject to local regulations.

  • Late comers will not be accommodated, and no alternative ziyarat or refund will be provided.

  • Child 2–8 years only will be considered in Child without bed package.

  • Above 8 years will be considered as an adult with bed.

  • The dates provided are tentative and subject to change. Final dates may differ from those mentioned depending on availability.
