The entire journey was surreal and amazing. Everything was handled smoothly, and all the personnel involved in the khidmat were always present, polite, and generous.
The hotel location in Madinah, Safwat Al Madinah, was ideal—just a 2-minute walk to Gate 338 and conveniently close to the women’s section. The location in Makkah was equally perfect, with a room offering a breathtaking view of the Clock Tower.
The rooms were exceptional, and the three Indian meals provided were absolutely delicious. The team truly treated us like family, attending to every minor and major request with care.
I would highly recommend this service, as it was exceptional in every way. May Allah (S.W.T.) invite all of us to these holy places again and again, accept our duas, and shower His blessings upon us all.
