Prices & Payments

• TCS applicable, not included in package

  5% and also @20%

• All prices quoted are per person and include airfare.
• A minimum payment of INR 2,00,000/- is required to book your package.
• The final 100% payment must be completed 100 days before departure, or the booking will be canceled without prior notice.
• Payment can be made via NEFT/RTGS or Cheque.

Booking & Cancellation

• Package is 100% non-refundable due to third-party service provider policies.
• Any changes in the hotels mentioned in the brochure will be replaced with similar accommodations.
• Tour dates and programs are provisional and subject to change without notice.

Travel & Accommodation

• Room allotment is managed by hotel administration; no specific room choice will be entertained.
• Room arrangements in Makkah & Madinah hotels are as follows:
  
  • Double Room = 2 Normal Beds
  • Triple Room = 2 Normal Beds + 1 Extra Bed
  • Quad Room = 2 Normal Beds + 2 Extra Beds
• Food will be provided on a full-board basis by the hotel management.

Transportation & Baggage

• If you travel individually outside the group dates & flights, additional transportation charges will apply.
• Any excess luggage charges levied by airlines must be borne by the passengers.
• The tour operator is not responsible for any luggage loss, personal injuries, damages, accidents, or additional expenses.

Visa & Documentation

• Indian passport valid for at least 6 months with a minimum of 2 blank pages.
• 2 white background photographs (4×6 cm) required.
• A PAN card copy is mandatory.
• If a Non-PAN cardholder or LRS limit exceeds Rs. 7 Lakh, TCS 20% is applicable as per government regulations.

Hajj & Umrah Regulations

• Moallim allocation & zone depends on the Saudi Government E-Hajj system.
• 5 days of Hajj food will be provided by the Moallim.
• Passengers must be fully vaccinated as per Saudi regulations.
• Complimentary Zam Zam will be provided only if accepted by the airline at the airport.
• Arabic dates are subject to change based on moon sighting.

Government Regulations & Jurisdiction

• All services, itinerary, and prices are subject to Indian and Saudi Government rules & regulations.
• Tour costs are based on 1 Saudi Riyal @ Rs. 22.50. Any increase in the rate at the time of departure will be collected from passengers.
• Subject to Pune jurisdiction only.

General Terms

• Unutilized services are non-refundable.
• The tour operator is an aggregator of services and is not responsible for deficiencies in third-party services.
• Hotels, airline carriers, flight schedules, and itinerary are subject to change without prior notice.
